4. How and when is payment made?+

Payment occurs subsequent to booking confirmation. An invoice will be dispatched to your provided email, requiring settlement within a month of receipt. Included with the invoice will be comprehensive details and terms pertaining to your booking.

5. Do I need insurance? +

We always recommend that you make sure you have travel insurance when traveling. If you don't have one, we can offer you travel insurance at a favorable price.

6. Why don't you offer flights too?+

We have chosen to operate as a small, independent entity in order to provide the most personal, familiar and excellent service possible. This is why we have chosen not to become a travel agency. Usually our customers prefer to buy or compare flights themselves to find the best and most affordable option from the airport they choose to travel from. Although we cooperate with travel agencies, the possibility of a fixed price including flights is not excluded. However, we cannot provide flight prices until we have established the prices with the airlines.
